What is the ITS® Reward Scheme?

Using your ITS® card, you can enjoy some of the best Italian products and services around, collecting points as you go, and trading them in for some huge discounts. And we’ve got some of the most authentic but daring, unique but reliable businesses for you to choose from.

The reward scheme comes with three cards: our white loyalty card, our Prepaid Pink MasterCard and our invitation-only Prepaid Black MasterCard.

How many points to I get when I use one of the ITS® cards?

The number of points you accumulate in each transaction depends on two factors: the card you are using and where you are using it.

ITS® white loyalty card

If you are a white card holder you will accumulate the following points:

  • When shopping at a one-level partner, 1 point for every £1 spent at a partner
  • When shopping at a two-level partner, 4 points for every £1 spent
  • When shopping at a three-level partner, 12 points for every £1 spent

For example, if you spend £100 at a fashion boutique that is a three-level partner, you will be accumulating 1,200 points. These points can then be redeemed as a £12 discount in any other partner of the ITS® network!

How do I get points with my ITS® loyalty card?

Your white loyalty card has a QR code printed on the back of it, which is linked to your loyalty account. When you are completing a purchase, our partner will scan the QR code with their device and credit your points to your account.

How do I redeem points with my ITS® loyalty card?

Before paying for your purchase with one of our partners, ask them to redeem your points. They will scan your QR code and subtract the value of your points from the total amount to pay.

Remember that one point is worth 1p, and that you need at least 500 points to make your redemption.

What is the “cooling off” period?

You can cancel your card without penalty at any time up to 14 days after you receive it.

You will still be liable, however, for any transactions you have made with the card in that period.

Do I receive ITS® card statements in the post?

No, we don’t normally issue paper statements for your ITS® card.

What if I need a replacement card?

Simply contact us and we will send out a replacement card.

Please note, there is a charge of £2.50 for a replacement card.

What if my card is lost or stolen?

As soon as you realise that your card has been lost or stolen, it’s very important that you contact us and we will send you a new card for free
